Meringues have always been a large part of my life growing up. I am now working to make them a larger part of my life with: The Meringue Chick.
I love working with flavours, using the best and real ingredients to create new and exciting delights.
I enjoy the delighted surprise when people taste my meringue's and realise they are not just eating a meringue, but a mouthful of yum.
I cater for any event, high tea and weddings, parties, anything (I love that saying). Big or small your party will be naturally flavour enhanced by my delicate, delightful & delicious meringues.
